We offer a full repair service for modern and antique jewellery, from stone replacement through to a complete rebuild of your item of jewellery. All repairs are done in-house by our team of goldsmiths, led by Neil Fullard who has nearly 40 years of experience. By having an on-site workshop, you have the peace of mind that your item is secure on our premises for the duration of service.

Clean, Polish & Plating
All white gold jewellery is plated with rhodium when it is initially purchased, during the course of wear this plating wears off; we offer an in-house re-polishing and re-plating service to bring the piece back to its’ original condition. With the service being in-house, it allows us to offer an express service, reducing the time the client spends separated from their jewellery..
Ear Piercing
The most innovative and technologically advanced instrument. The ‘touch-free’ ear piercing process highlights: safety, hygiene, and ease of use. The one piece cartridge gives smooth operation and ensures proper alignment of the stud with clasp.
